New Zealand Map

This map of New Zealand and its outlying islands is designed for your computer's desktop. It's a great tool for reference or educational purposes and it's fun to use.

You can customize the display to include or exclude any of the available features including towns and urban areas, districts, roads, railways, contours, rivers and coastal features; and you can quickly find and overlay selected features.

You can select from a number of different colour schemes for the display or design your own - most colours used for the display are customiseable.

The display can be centered over any point at any magnification at any size available on your display screen. The useable magnification is limited to about 30x corresponding to a typical paper map at a scale of about 1:1000000.

Runs on all 32 bit Windows systems: 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, etc. Designed to be used with a screen display of at least 1024x768 pixels at a machine speed of 300 MHz or greater.

If you haven't already downloaded the New Zealand map, you must first download and install it on your computer. Downloading is FREE. After installation the New Zealand map will run for a 7-day free-trial period before you have to purchase. This is to let you verify that the map is running correctly and that it's a product you want to buy.

If you are ready to purchase the New Zealand map you MUST provide us with the Reference Number provided by the map after you installed it on your computer. Without this number we cannot email you the Registration Key that will let the map run permanently on your machine. Your purchase entitles you to run one copy only of the New Zealand map, on the computer where it was installed. Please allow 3 working days for us to email you your Registration Key.

Special Offer: We are currently offering free installation on a second machine to purchasers of the New Zealand map. To take advantage of this offer after you have purchased the map, please download a second copy of the self-installing Zip file that contains the map to the second computer (or transfer the self-installing Zip file from the first computer). Install the software on the second computer and get the new Reference Number for this computer. DO NOT come back to this page to purchase a second time. Instead email us the new Reference Number, together with the old Reference Number and Registration Key for the first computer, and indicate you want to take advantage of this special offer. The easiest way to do this is to reply to the email we sent you containing the Registration Key. We will email you back a Registration Key for the second computer.
